How can I use the Crafting Cards?

There are loads of different ways you can usefully use the cards, whether you want to do some personal reflection, coach someone else around personalising their work, or facilitate larger group discussions.

Take a look at the downloadable exercise guides above to give you some ideas of how to get started. There are just suggestions, and we'd encourage you to find your own creative ways to get the best out of the cards.

Where can I find more resources or training options?

What is job crafting?

Job crafting is an approach whereby people actively and proactively alter aspects of their work to better align with their strengths, passions and values. It's a way for people to make their roles more meaningful and energising by adjusting the tasks they do, the relationships they have, or the way they think about their work.

Who created the Crafting Cards?

This deck is the result of a collaboration between At My Best and Tailored Thinking.

Tailored Thinking is a positive business and HR consultancy, based in the north-east of England. Founded by the UK's leading job crafting expert, Rob Baker, their aim is to make work better through the application of positive psychology and behavioural science.

At My Best is the product brand of business psychologists Work Positive, which is known for its high-quality, simple and impactful tools. The Crafting Cards are the latest in a range of internationally popular card decks.
