After 10 years our Strengths Cards are getting a make over.
Don't worry they'll be the same brilliant cards, just with a few tweaks to make them even better. The headlines are:

- A few updated photos
- New and improved guidance for professionals and end-users
- Two different editions to suit different needs
Introducing the Essential & Premium Editions
We know that people use our Strengths Cards in a wide range of contexts; from one-to-one discussions to teambuilds, from training sessions to organisation-wide programmes. To recognise that, we have now made the cards available in two different formats.
Premium Edition
Designed with coaches, counsellors and facilitators in mind, our Premium Edition Strengths Cards are made to be a long-lasting staple in your toolkit.

- Same size as current Strengths Cards (105 x 74mm)
- 7 bonus cards to help you structure conversations and exercises
Essential Edition
If you're looking to build strengths-based practices and culture on a larger scale, the Essential Edition might be just what you need. These smaller, but still perfectly formed, packs of Strengths Cards are brilliant for giving away at workshops or sharing across an organisation.
- 48 Strengths Cards (and nothing else)
- Compact size (88 x 63mm)
- Online user guides, tailored to end users (e.g. managers)
- Available at a lower price point, in multiples of 10 packs
New photos
Both editions will feature 5 new photos, which will replace some of the less frequently chosen images from the 1st Edition. We hope these new additions will stimulate many positive discussions around personal and collective strengths.
For those that want the detail, the cards with new photos are: 15 (Resilient), 19 (Spontaneous), 20 (Creative), 23 (Sincere) and 31 (Energetic).
Last chance to buy
Once our existing stock has gone, the original 1st Edition of the Strengths Cards will no longer be available. So, if you want to get your hands on the current design you'll need to be quick!
