What is job crafting?

Job crafting is an approach whereby people actively and proactively alter aspects of their work to better align with their strengths, passions and values.  It's a way for people to make their roles more meaningful and energising by adjusting the tasks they do, the relationships they have, or the way they think about their work.

They are a brilliant tool for coaches, facilitators, trainers and many other professionals that want a practical and engaging way to help their clients explore ways to personalise their work.  They're also valuable for people managers within organisations and even individuals who want to reflect on their work and career

Who created the Crafting Cards?

This deck is the result of a collaboration between At My Best and Tailored Thinking.

Tailored Thinking is a positive business and HR consultancy, based in the north-east of England. Founded by the UK's leading job crafting expert, Rob Baker, their aim is to make work better through the application of positive psychology and behavioural science. 

At My Best is the product brand of business psychologists Work Positive, which is known for its high-quality, simple and impactful tools. The Crafting Cards are the latest in a range of internationally popular card decks. 

When might I receive the cards?

All pre-orders will be sent as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse, which should be late August. Thank you to everyone who pre-ordered, we really appreciate your patience!

How do I use the cards?
