Job crafting is an approach whereby people actively and proactively alter aspects of their work to better align with their strengths, passions and values.  It's a way for people to make their roles more meaningful and energising by adjusting the tasks they do, the relationships they have, or the way they think about their work.

This deck is the result of a collaboration between At My Best and Tailored Thinking.

Tailored Thinking is a positive business and HR consultancy, based in the north-east of England. Founded by the UK's leading job crafting expert, Rob Baker, their aim is to make work better through the application of positive psychology and behavioural science.
