360 Feedback

Just use the password reset link to create a new password.
Yes, just revisit the link you were sent and you can pick up where you left off.
If you’ve not already created an account your email may still exist on our system because you have completed a free self-reflection. You can create a free account at any time, which will allow you to save any new self-reflections. Just use the password reset link to create a password and your account will be created.
The most common reason that emails go missing is that they are being filtered into a junk folder. If there’s no sign there, try resending. If the invitation does not arrive after 24 hours, please let us know and we will look into it.
In order to show as complete your nominee must click submit after giving you feedback. Occasionally people miss this final step and the simplest solution is to ask them to go back into their feedback (via the link in the invitation email), so they can follow the process through until the end.
You can only see the feedback people have given you once your 360 is closed. You will also need to have completed your self-reflection.
At My Best includes an interactive ‘Strengths Explorer’, where you can look at your feedback in several different ways. Each section in the Strengths Explorer has a basic print capability but in some places the formatting is slightly different to what is shown on screen.

If you would like to print all the comments your respondents have written for you, we would recommend that you do that from the ‘Deep dive by person’ section. Just select ‘Everyone’ in the filter.

Strengths Cards App

The Strengths Cards app is designed to work on tablet size devices, not phones. On some smaller Android devices it will work reasonably well but the smaller screen size means it is likely that functionality will be limited.
It’s likely that your internet connection is the issue. Check you have a strong connection and try again.

It’s easy to do this directly from the app. Just click the share button on the top right and you’ll see options to share a screenshot through social media and other channels.
