Why reflect on your strengths?

Many of us focus more on our weaknesses than our strengths.  Yet research shows that when we use our strengths we are more engaged, are more likely to achieve our goals and have greater wellbeing. 

The first step to making the most of what you do best is to clarify what your strengths are. Self-reflection is a great start, but to really understand who you are at your best it’s important to get others’ input.

Our tools are highly visual and designed to build a narrative around strengths.  Rather than measurement or assessment, At My Best focuses on exploration and engagement.  Recognising and understanding the stories of who you are at your best will give you some tangible ideas about how you can build on your strengths and use them more often.

How does it work?

How does the full 360 work?

Once you’ve purchased a credit it’s easy to get started.  We’ll guide you through the simple set-up process. You’ll choose the start and end dates and invite up to 12 people to give you feedback.  Once it’s under-way we’ll send reminders to your nominees and keep you updated.
